Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich als unseren Sales Manager - Conversions / C-Level / International (m/w/d). Du hilfst uns dabei unsere digitalen Größenberater an Fashion E-Commerce Shops zu verkaufen, damit diese ihre Conversion-Rate erhöhen und ihre Retourenquote senken.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Sales Prozesse von der Identifizierung der Leads und Durchführung von Demos über die Verhandlung von Angeboten bis zur Vertragsunterschrift
- Du teilst das Feedback vom Markt mit dem Produktteam und Deine Learnings mit den anderen Sales Mitarbeitern
- Du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit der C-Level Ebene von den größten Webshops Europas, weißt wie man diese überzeugt und verhandelst Kundenverträge mit einem Volumen von > 50.000 EUR
- Du hast Lust Europa-weit zu reisen (10 %)
- Du scheust Dich nicht davor eine Produktdemo vor 100 Personen vorzuführen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
