Als Systemingenieur (w/m/d) bist Du für die Integration von Contact Center-Lösungen zuständig. Du spezifizierst, installierst, konfigurierst und testest. Dafür nutzt Du verschiedene Standardanwendungen für Endkundenkommunikation. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt darin, diese in die bestehende IT-Umgebung des Kunden zu integrieren, d. h. Datenbanken und 3rd-Party-Applikationen anzubinden. Berufseinsteiger/-innen sind willkommen. Du begleitest und unterstützt unsere erfahrenen Engineers und lernst von ihnen. Nach einer ersten Einarbeitungszeit wirst Du bereits Teilaufgaben selbständig übernehmen und verantworten können.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist aktiv in Beratungsprojekte und in das Betriebsumfeld unserer Kunden zu den Themen „Customer Experience und Contact Center“ eingebunden
- Du übernimmst im Team die Konzeption und Integration unserer Contact Center-Plattform (Cloud oder on-premise) auf Basis von Genesys Cloud oder Engage
- Du übernimmst die Integration in die Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden sowie den Support und die Weiterentwicklung der Systeme
- Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundensysteme liegt Dir ebenso am Herzen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) und hast eine sehr hohe IT-Affinität
- Idealerweise bringst Du Berufserfahrung im Bereich Callcenter-Infrastrukturen mit (Genesys oder ähnliche), Technologien wie SIP, IVR, Chatbots und Automatisierung sind Dir außerdem nicht fremd
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine hohe Lernbereitschaft aus und kannst Dich gut in neue Applikationen und Technologien einarbeiten
- Gute Team- und Kommunikationskompetenzen sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung runden Dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
