Wir suchen einen Berater (m/w/d) für betriebliche Versorgungswerke, der die Mitarbeiter unserer Firmenkunden berät. Die Beratungen sind vollständig vorgeplant und hierfür ist keine eigene Akquisetätigkeit erforderlich. Im Rahmen der Beratungen unserer Kunden ist es für eine erfolgreiche Tätigkeit wichtig, flexibel, kundenorientiert und reisebereit zu sein.
In dem Projektgeschäft ist es erforderlich auch mehrtägige Außendiensttermine inklusive Hotelübernachtungen wahrzunehmen.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Beratungen der Mitarbeiter unserer Geschäftskunden zu allen Fragen rund um die betriebliche Altersversorgung durch (bAV)
- Du terminierst Folgegespräche nach dem Erstgespräch
- Du dokumentierst alle Beratungsschritte im Beratungsprogramm
- Du unterstützt die Mitarbeiter beim Wechsel ihres Arbeitgebers
- Du koordinierst Beratungsgespräche mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst
- Du übernimmst die wöchentliche Erfassung der Ergebnisse für die Vertriebsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung, bevorzugt mit Kenntnissen im Bereich betriebliche Versorgungswerke mit
- Du bringst eine uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft (auch mehrtätig) mit
- Du besitzt die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich, zielgruppengerecht und sachlich objektiv darzustellen
- Du beherrschst sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Präsentationsmedien
- Du arbeitest proaktiv, besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- Du bist teamfähig, belastbar, engagiert und besitzt die Bereitschaft dich weiterzuentwickeln, Herausforderungen anzupacken und über den Tellerrand zu schauen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
