Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination unserer Bauprojekte im schlüsselfertigen Holz- und Hausbau, von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur finalen Übergabe.
- Sie steuern und überwachen die Einsätze der Nachunternehmer direkt auf der Baustelle und stellen die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Ausführung aller Arbeiten sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson kommunizieren Sie souverän mit Bauherren, Behörden und internen Fachabteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Sie verantworten das Kosten- und Nachtragsmanagement sowie die Abrechnung der Bauleistungen und stellen so die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte sicher.
- Sie dokumentieren den Baufortschritt und erstellen Berichte mithilfe von MS Office, um für Transparenz bei allen Projektbeteiligten zu sorgen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Bauingenieur, Architekt, Bautechniker, Zimmermeister (m/w/d) oder bringen eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Schlüsselfertigbau mit Holz- oder Massivbauweise.
- Mit Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und einem sicheren Auftreten steuern Sie Ihre Projekte souverän zum Erfolg.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen sind Sie routiniert.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
