IT Trainee - Service Desk / IT Operation & Support (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities
- First and second level end-user support to incoming incidents, on-site and remote.
- Functional support and troubleshooting of MS Windows OS environment, MS Office 365 suite, Standard desktop applications. Support of other IT related projects and tasks.
- Assisting in configuration, setup, support and replacement of notebooks, screens, cables, and various peripherals. Supporting the endpoint management via Intune.
- Request fulfillment following defined policies and procedure.

Your professional profile
- IT Operation, IT Support, IT Service Desk, or IT Specialist background. Minimum 3 years of experience in high performance environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of employees in international organisation.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and have basic knowledge of German.
- Experience with the following products is nice to have:
- MS Office 365 suite Professional support
- Microsoft 365 Administration and MS 365 Exchange administration
- MS Windows Servers / Windows 10 support and administration
- Managing of Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Azure AD and GPO
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT best practices
- Knowledge and experience with incident management and ITSM ticketing tools
- Experience with managing and troubleshooting network devices (Switches, Access points, Routers, etc.) and good understanding of Networking and Network Protocols

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
