Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und planst technisch, energetisch, ökologisch und wirtschaftlich optimale Lösungen für die Anlagen der elektrischen Gebäudetechnik gemäß den Leistungsphasen 1-9 der HOAI
- Du entwickelst technische sowie betriebliche Optimierungskonzepte für technische Anlagen
- Du berätst im Fachbereich der Versorgungstechnik unsere Auftraggeber mit unserem Planungsteam
- Du setzt diese Ergebnisse interdisziplinär mit allen Beteiligten bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung oder eine Berufsausbildung als Installateur H/K/L/S mit
- Du hast bereits Hydrauliken entwickelt und Bauprojekte geleitet
- Du punktest mit deinen Kenntnissen in MSR, GLT sowie auch HOAI, DIN 276 und VOB
- Du zeigst einen sicheren Umgang mit CAD Berechnungsprogrammen sowie gute EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office, CAD, AVA)
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie dein selbständiges Arbeiten im Team aus

Wir erstellen seit mehr als 15 Jahren als Planungsbüro für Architektur, Gebäudetechnik und Energieberatung Gewerke übergreifend eine unabhängige und neutrale 3D-Planung des Gebäudes und der Technischen Ausrüstung für öffentliche Bauten sowie Wohn-, Gewerbe- und Industrieobjekte. Die Planung erfolgt über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI (Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure) für Architekturleistungen, Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär-, Elektro-, Fernmelde-, Aufzugsanlagen und Gebäudeautomation. Ein weiteres Aufgabenfeld ist die Erstellung von Energieausweisen und das Durchführen von Energieberatungen (BAFA) für Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäude sowie kommunale Gebäude und Energieaudits.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
