Du bist verantwortlich für unsere Neukunden und den Verkauf von unserer Software an 4-5 Sterne Hotels weltweit. Von Kaltakquise bis Upselling ist alles vorhanden. Außerdem bist du beim Aufbau unserer Vertriebsprozesse von Anfang an dabei!
Was erwartet dich?
- Du überzeugst Hotels über das Telefon, mit Vorort-Terminen und per E-Mail von unserer Software
- Du baust Sales-Pipelines/ Vertriebsprozesse auf
- Du führst (Online) Präsentationen und Workshops für unsere Neukunden durch, damit diese unser Tool schnell und erfolgreich einsetzen können
- Du identifizierst und deckst neue Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Erweiterungen unseres Produktes auf
- Du übernimmst eigene Projekte und treibst diese voran
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Kundenservice, Vertrieb, Produkt & Marketing zusammen, um unsere Kunden und ihre Erfolgsgeschichte in den Vordergrund zu stellen
- Du nutzt unser CRM System Hubspot und hilfst beim Aufbau einer Wissensdatenbank

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische/ technische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Du hast ein Händchen für Preisverhandlung
- Du konntest schon Erfahrung in der Hotellerie (Du kennst dich mit PMS Systemen und Channel Managern aus) sammeln
- Du besitzt eine Affinität zu technischen Produkten
- Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und hast große Freude daran, mit verschiedenen Persönlichkeiten zu interagieren
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Eigeninitiative aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
