Was erwartet Dich?
- Du implementierst geeignete Personalentwicklungsinstrumente und -prozesse wie z. B. Talent Management, Kompetenzmanagement/-profile oder Trainings in unserer internen Academy (Präsenzformate, E-Learnings, Gestaltung von Learning Journeys).
- Ob Praktikant oder Bereichsleitung – Du konzeptionierst ein bedarfsgerechtes Personalentwicklungsangebot in Präsenz wie auch Remote und setzt es zielgruppengerecht um.
- Du berätst unsere Führungskräfte in allen Fragen der Personalentwicklung, Weiterbildung sowie Identifikation und Förderung ihrer Potenzialträger.
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Auswahl und Organisation zielgruppenspezifischer Seminare und Fortbildungen.
- Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören ebenfalls die Qualitätssicherung und Evaluation der durchgeführten Maßnahmen.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung, bestenfalls im digitalen Umfeld.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder wirtschaftspsychologisches Studium mit einem relevanten Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Dank Deinem fundierten Fachwissen kennst Du Dich mit der Implementierung und Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsinstrumenten und -prozessen bestens aus.
- Bestenfalls bringst Du Erfahrung mit diagnostischen Verfahren und systemischem Coaching oder Ähnlichem mit.
- Mit Deinem sicheren und professionellen Auftreten weißt Du zu überzeugen und Dich durchzusetzen.
- Dank Deines empathischen Gespürs setzt Du immer wieder menschliche Impulse in unserem kollegialen Team.
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Lösungen und arbeitest Dich zügig in neue Systeme ein.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und kommunizierst dadurch sicher im internationalen Umfeld.
- Du bist noch kein Experte für Luxusuhren? Keine Sorge, wir bringen Dir alles Wissenswerte bei.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
