Was erwartet Sie?
- Ihr Schwerpunkt: energiewirtschaftliche Marktprozesse, Marktkommunikation und/oder Messstellenbetrieb, intelligente Messsysteme, Smart Metering
- Sie analysieren die energiewirtschaftlichen Aufgabenstellungen, Einordnung, Priorisierung und Übersetzung der Anforderungen zur Umsetzung oder Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte
- Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, Anwender, Projekt, Programmierung und Marketing / Vertrieb
- Sie verantworten die kontinuierliche und strategische Weiterentwicklung und des Product Life Cycles (Anforderungsmanagement, Produktstrategie, Vision, Roadmap, Versionsplanung)
- Sie unterstützen den gesamten Entwicklungsprozesse und bis hin zur Freigabe und der Außendarstellung von neuen Produkten und Funktionen bzw. Verbesserungen und Erweiterungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben bereits praktische und tiefgreifende Erfahrungen im Bereich der energiewirtschaftlichen Marktprozesse / automatischen Marktkommunikation und / oder dem Messstellenbetrieb der Verwaltung von intelligenten Messsystemen / dem Smart Metering
- Sie können aus den energiewirtschaftlichen Marktprozessen die fachlichen Anforderungen ableiten
- Sie haben Kenntnisse der einschlägigen energiewirtschaftlichen Gesetze und Regelwerke, wie z. B. EnWG, MsbG, GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM Strom/Gas, MaBiS sind von Vorteil. Im Idealfall sind Sie bereits mit EDIFACT-Formaten vertraut
- Sie konnten schon Erfahrungen hinsichtlich der Aufgaben eines Messtellenbetreibers (gMSB/wMSB) und der Verwaltung von modernen Messeinrichtungen, intelligenten Messgeräten, dem Smart Metering sammeln
- Sie verfügen über eine gewisse technische Affinität und haben die Leidenschaft, Projekte und Produkte zum Erfolg zu führen. Ihre Themen und Aufgaben verfolgen Sie engagiert und mit hoher Durchsetzungskraft
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Teams in der Rolle als Produktmanager / Productowner oder als Projektmanager (im SaaS Umfeld)
- Sie haben eine Hands-On Mentalität, zeichnen sich durch Souveränität, Selbstständigkeit aus und scheuen sich auch nicht, Softwarefunktionen intern und extern zu präsentieren
- Sie können teilweise bei uns vor Ort (in Langen oder Dresden) arbeiten und verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
