Was erwartet Dich?
- Du steuerst, koordinierst und führst ein Team von 6 Personen im Bereich Projektleitung und Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Du entwickelst unser Projektgeschäft nicht nur in bestehenden, sondern auch in neu zu erschließenden Märkten weiter
- Du baust dementsprechend strategisch neue Kundenbeziehungen auf und kalkulierst die Projektdaten
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Neugestaltung unseres Projektgeschäftes mit
- Du festigst den strategischen Wettbewerbsvorteil für unser Unternehmen im Projektgeschäft und baust ein entsprechendes berufliches Netzwerk auf
- Projektsteuerung (auch unter Beachtung der VOB und relevanter Richtlinien) vom Auftragseingang über die Montage bis zur Abnahme

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 8-10 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer leitenden Position mit
- Du verfügst über signifikante Erfahrung im Bereich der Sanierung und Modernisierung von gewerblichen und öffentlichen Gebäuden, insbesondere in den Bereichen Barrierefreiheit, Brandschutz, Wärmeschutz, Zugangskontrolle
- Du bist bereit durchschnittlich alle zwei Monate bundesweit Kundenprojekte zu besuchen
- Persönlich hast Du eine hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Empathie und Authentizität in Deinem Auftreten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Interesse und Neugier an Menschen
- Du qualifizierst dich weiterhin durch Deine hohe Kommunikationskompetenz (nach innen und nach außen) sowie durch eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Konfliktbewältigung und im Changemanagement
