Was erwartet dich?
- Gemeinsam mit dem 3-köpfigen Mobile Development Team und dem Product Management Team bringst du die Mobile Android Anwendung auf das nächste Level
- Du erarbeitest gemeinsam innerhalb des App-Teams Konzepte und Strategien als Grundlage einer skalierfähigen App
- Weiterentwicklung der mobilen Anwendung der Software
- Bugfixen und Programmieren neuer, innovativer Features
- Du stellst eine perfekte Synchronisierung browserbasierter Software und mobiler Anwendung sicher
- Wir lieben Agilität - ein bisschen Planung muss aber trotzdem sein: Daher ist deine Meinung zu Konzepten im Rahmen wiederkehrender Refinements & Product Discoveries sowie Aufwandseinschätzungen von großer Bedeutung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kennst dich im Bereich App-Entwicklung (Android - Kotlin) bestens aus und hast bereits mit SQLite/Room gearbeitet
- Du hast Erfahrung in der modernen Android-Entwicklung mit Jetpack
- Du weißt, wie man Web-Schnittstellen einbindet (REST, idealerweise auch GraphQL)
- Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis des Android-Ökosystems, gestaltest unsere Apps gerne mit und möchtest nicht nur fertige Konzepte umsetzen
- Clean Code und Testabdeckung sind für dich genauso wichtig wie eine gute User Experience
- Du hast grundlegende Kenntnisse der gängigen Design Patterns
- Probleme zu durchdringen und zu lösen treibt dich an

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
