- Du entwickelst, planst und erstellst in Abstimmung mit deinem Team Social-Media-Strategien (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) für unsere Kund:innen
- Du planst und betreust Social-Media-Kampagnen und behältst diese im Blick
- Du übernimmst die Themenrecherche, Redaktionsplanung und Content-Erstellung in Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und unserem Design-Team
- Du bringst proaktiv neue Ansätze und Ideen ein, um bestehende Kanäle weiter auszubauen und neue Kanäle zu erschließen
- Als Teamlead bist du verantwortlich für die Kapazitätsplanung deines Teams, dessen fachliche Weiterentwicklung sowie Schnittstelle zu den anderen Abteilungen und dem Management
- Zudem gestaltest du unsere noch recht frische Social-Media-Abteilung mit deinem Wissen aktiv mit, baust sie weiter aus und trägst damit maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Social-Media-Marketing mit Personalverantwortung und in der Kund:innenberatung, insbesondere im Agenturbereich
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Social-Media-Tools, -Plattformen und -Netzwerken (FB Businessmanager, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.) sowie mit gängigen KPIs und in der Analyse von Benchmarks
- Du hast nachweisbare konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten für Social-Media-Kampagnen
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, strategisches Mindset
- Du bringst grundlegende Kenntnisse im Paid-Media-Bereich (insbesondere FB Werbeanzeigenmanager und LinkedIn Kampagnenmanager) und Influencer*innen-Kooperationen mit
- Idealerweise bist du in der deutschen Influencer-Szene gut vernetzt und sind selbst als Content Creator:in tätig
- Eine Leidenschaft für Marketing und hervorragende Kenntnisse in deutscher Rechtschreibung und Grammatik runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
