Our company is looking for an IT Support Engineer - Hardware / Software (m/w/d) to join our team in Frankfurt/Main or London. Your Profile
- You possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or related field and you already gained first experience in IT Support through internships or work minimally 1 year
- You offer enthusiasm for technical problem solving, with attention to detail and strong communication skills
- You have advanced English skills and an additional European language skill is desirable
- You are experienced in our operating systems – Windows clients OS, Mac OS wo, LAN/WAN technologies (wired and wireless), Min basic knowledge on switches and router & firewall HWs
- You offer good knowledge about Hardware like Dell, desktops, laptops, mobile phones, printers, and AV meeting rooms
- You gained experience in Active Directory administration, BitLocker encryption, IT Security fundamentals, virtualization, BitLocker encryption, IT hardware including communications and AV equipment
- You ideally have an ITIL certification

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
