- Die Arbeit mit externen Agenturen und Recruiting Partnern liegt Dir ebenfalls. Du managst sie und hältst damit Deine Pipelines immer gut gefüllt.
- Du beteiligst Dich an der Weiterentwicklung und Einführung von TA Prozessen und neuen Ideen, um die "Candidate & Hiring Experience” zu optimieren.

Damit punktest du bei uns:
- Qualifikation: Du hast einen Universitätsabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
- Expertise: Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Talent Acquisition oder Recruiting, zum Beispiel bei einer Personalberatung oder im Inhouse-Recruiting. Darüber hinaus hast du sehr gute Kenntnisse in unterschiedlichen Interview-Techniken und idealerweise erste Erfahrung in Test-Verfahren bzw. Assessments.
- Sourcing Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung in der aktiven Kandidaten-Ansprache über LinkedIn, Xing und Social Media. „Post and Pray“ entspricht nicht deinem Arbeitsstil.
- Starke Kommunikator/in: Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zeichnen Dich aus – Du weißt sowohl, wie man Stakeholder und Partner managt, als auch wie man das Unternehmen präsentiert und die Rolle verkauft.
- Projektmanagement: Gutes Projektmanagement und organisatorische Fähigkeiten – Du bist es gewohnt, Deine Kandidaten-Pipelines und Projekte wie ein Profi zu managen.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Als #1 in Deutschland liegt Deutsch in unserer DNA. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind ebenso in der Kommunikation mit Partnern als auch mit Kandidaten unverzichtbar.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
