- Die Vergabe von Handwerkerleistungen inkl. der Erstellung der Leistungsverzeichnisse ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil Ihrer Position
- Die Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechten Ausführungen der Leistungen meistern Sie mit links
- Zudem überprüfen Sie die eingegangen Handwerkerrechnungen auf Ihre Richtigkeit
- Sie erkennen Abweichungen zwischen Planung und Ausführung und überwachen während der Betreuung der Bauvorhaben ständig den aktuellen Bauzustand

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind staatlich geprüfter Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder bringen eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Bezug zur Baubranche mit
- Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung sammeln
- Ebenso sind Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-Programmen von Vorteil
- Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie durch Ihre strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie Ihr verbindliches Auftreten
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- Einen eigenen PKW sowie den Führerschein der Klasse B bringen Sie

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
