- Sie sind zuständig für die Tourenbegleitung, der von uns geplanten und übernommenen Touren
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Fahrer (m/w/d), sowie bei Problemen und Störungen
- Sie überwachen, begleiten und unterstützen unsere Fahrer (m/w/d) auf den Touren
- Sie verwalten Tourenstörungen
- Sie führen von Excel-Tabellen und Listen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Disposition und Tourenbegleitung sammeln
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, und zuverlässig
- Sie zeichnen sich aus durch Ihre Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, sowie Ihre selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und dispositiver Planungssoftware

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
