Wir suchen einen qualifizierten IT-Berater (m/w/d), der unsere Kunden bei der Reformierung ihrer Abläufe und Geschäfte durch Beratung bei ihren Transformationsprogrammen unterstützt. Du wirst Kunden bei der Operationalisierung von Veränderungen und Verbesserungen in ihren Organisationen helfen. Du wirst auch Projekte im Namen unserer Kunden durchführen, wenn es an Ressourcen mangelt. Du musst sachkundig und kundenorientiert sein. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Erfassung, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Benutzeranforderungen, die Überwachung von System-Upgrades und die Implementierung neuer Tools. In dieser Funktion solltest du über ein hohes Maß an analytischem Denkvermögen verfügen und in der Lage sein, geschäftliche Anforderungen zu verstehen; außerdem solltest du über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und konsequente Problemlösungsfähigkeiten verfügen. Wir suchen außerdem überdurchschnittliche technische Fachkenntnisse. Das Ziel ist es, zum langfristigen Erfolg des Kunden beizutragen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du definierst Spezifikationen und kommunizierst mit Stakeholdern, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und zu dokumentieren
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Präsentation von Konzepten, Plänen, Berichten und Strategien
- Du entwickelst und analysierst funktionale Spezifikationen und entwirfst effiziente IT-Systeme, die den geschäftlichen und technischen Anforderungen entsprechen
- Du führst Qualitätssicherungen durch, bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Partnern und arbeitest mit ihnen zusammen, um unsere Integration zu optimieren und zu verbessern
- Du hilfst bei der Gestaltung, Dokumentation und Pflege von Systemprozessen
- Du planst und überwachst Projekte (z. B. Upgrades, Hardware-/Softwareinstallationen)
- Du berätst strategisch beim Einsatz von Technologie zur Erreichung unserer Ziele
- Du unterstützt die Einführung neuer Technologien

- Du hast einen Abschluss in IT, Informatik oder Business Management sowie nachgewiesene Erfahrung als IT-Berater
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Business Management, Systemanalyse oder Qualitätssicherung gesammelt
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Erhebung von Anforderungen und im Testen nachweisen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse von Daten, um geschäftsrelevante Schlüsse zu ziehen und in Techniken und Werkzeugen zur Datenvisualisierung
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse in der Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen
- Du überzeugst mit deinen starken schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten einschließlich technischer Schreibfähigkeiten
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Fehler zu beheben und kreativ Lösungen zu entwerfen
- Du kannst starke Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement nachweisen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du arbeitest kundenorientiert
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch
