- Du verantwortest die Erreichung von Wachstums- und ROI-Zielen
- Du bist zuständig für Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung internationaler Performance Kampagnen im Bereich Paid Social (Facebook & Instagram, TikTok und YouTube)
- Du betreust das Monitoring und die Analyse der Performance von Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Prospecting und Retargeting
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Durchführung und Auswertung von A/B- und Zeitreihentests für Werbemittel, Targeting Landingpages und Headlines
- Du leitest aus deinen Analysen konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du hältst dich über Innovationen und Technologien der Branche auf dem Laufenden und testest relevante Tools und Anzeigenformate
- Du begleitest und unterstützt in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Creative-Team konzeptionell die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Werbemitteln mit Fokus auf Videowerbung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du konntest bereits mindestens 4-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich datengetriebenem Online Marketing sammeln und hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Online) Marketing, BWL, Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften
- Du arbeitest kreativ und verfügst über ein hervorragendes Sprachgefühl
- Du verfügst über eine tiefe Expertise in der Optimierung von Paid Social Kanälen (vor allem Facebook und Instagram), sowie der Neukundenakquise und Retention
- Du bringst einen sehr sicheren Umgang mit Google Analytics, Excel und dem Facebook Business Manager mit
- Du kannst dich durch deine Empathie, dein Auge fürs Detail und deine Leidenschaft für kreativen (Video) Content in die Lage unserer Kunden versetzen, um passende Content Konzepte zu entwickeln
- Du bist organisiert und kannst verschiedene fortlaufende Projekte transparent und strukturiert vorantreiben
- Du besitzt idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen mit Native Ads und Pinterest
- Du überzeugst mit deinen sehr guten Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift und jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil (Französisch, Italienisch,..)
- Du brennst für Nachhaltigkeit und bist motiviert, die Welt mit uns ein bisschen sauberer zu machen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
