- Du bist für die Führung, Entwicklung und Förderung eines wachsenden Teams von Performance Marketing Manager:innen verantwortlich
- Du entwickelst Strategien, Strukturen und Businesspläne für das Performance Marketing Search Team
- Du bist für die Performance unserer datengetriebenen Marketingaktivitäten für die Bereiche SEA, SEO, Affiliate und Amazon verantwortlich
- Du entwickelst konstante Konzepte, Maßnahmen und Kampagnen
- Du bist für die strategische Planung, operative Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer Online-Marketing Kampagnen und die Erreichung der zugehörigen KPIs verantwortlich
- Du erschließt und testest selbstständig neue Kanäle und Maßnahmen, bewertest deren Relevanz für das Erreichen unserer Ziele und leitest daraus Handlungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du unterstützt im Rahmen unserer Internationalisierung mit deinem Team die jeweiligen Country Teams
- Du arbeitest in enger Abstimmung crossfunktional mit den anderen Teams zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit Fokus auf SEA, SEO, Affiliate und Amazon innerhalb eines schnell wachsenden E-Commerce Unternehmens, mit
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Marketing-KPIs und idealerweise über Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit OKRs
- Du überzeugst als echter Teamplayer, kannst andere motivieren und hast bereits Führungserfahrung
- Du bist bestens vertraut mit Analysetools (Google Analytics), dem Google Ads Manager, Affiliaten Netzwerken, SEO Tools, wie Search Metrics oder Ryte, und dem Amazon Ads Manager
- Du legst besonders großen Wert auf eine klare und transparente Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern und deinen Schnittstellen
- Du hast ein starkes Verständnis für Strukturen, Prozesse, Zahlen sowie ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und bist sehr technikaffin und arbeitest dich gut in neue Tools und Systeme ein
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, agil, hast ein Growth Mindset, eine Hands On Mentalität, bist sehr an neuen Trends interessiert und denkst immer schon einen Schritt voraus sowie immer positiv und in Lösungen
