Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst im Web-Frontend und JVM Backend
- Du arbeitest mit den Methoden der agilen Softwareentwicklung wie Test-Driven Development (TDD), Pair-Programming oder Continuous Delivery
- Du berätst bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von komplexen Applikationen
- Du verantwortest Softwareentwicklung unter Nutzung aktueller Java-, Mobile- und Web-Technologien in einer AWS Cloud
- Du verantwortest den regelmäßigen Dev Austausch, Entwickler Convention, Planning, Estimation usw.
- Du arbeitest mit einem crossfunktionalen Scrum-Team sowie direkt mit den Kollegen aus UX, QA, Analytics etc. zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Informatik und mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst Projekterfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung (Scrum) und dem Aufbau komplexerer Webanwendungen mit
- Du hast Erfahrung im Entwurf und der Erstellung von Web-Systemen mit Java-Technologien und gängigen WebTechnologien (JavaScript, HTML)
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrungen in der Java Softwareentwicklung und Kenntnisse mit Cloud-Umgebungen (idealerweise AWS)
- Du bringst Erfahrungen rund um dokumentenorientierte Datenbanken (z.B. MongoDB, DynamoDB) mit
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Responsive Design, Kotlin, TypeScript, Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions, funktionale Programmierung
- Du bringst projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands mit
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
