Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die professionelle Leitung, das Management und die Koordination von komplexen IT-Projekten
- Du implementierst das Projekt-Controlling in Bezug auf Termine, Meilensteine und Abhängigkeiten sowie von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
- Du erarbeitest Projektpläne inklusive Personalplanung, Terminplanung und Budgetplanung für internationale Projekte
- Du verantwortest Reportings über Projektstatus und Fortschritt an das Management
- Du analysierst die Machbarkeit und erstellst technische Spezifikation
- Du koordinierst Verhandlungen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Du koordinierst und überwachst alle relevanten Arbeitsschritte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du bringst Erfahrung als Projektleiter / -koordinator für IT-Projekte mit
- Du verstehst gängige Methoden des klassischen und agilen Projektmanagements wie Scrum oder Scaled Agile Framework
- Du hast einen fundierten Kenntnisstand über aktuelle Technologien und idealerweise in Prince2 oder ITIL-Zertifizierung
- Du bist in der Lage, Entscheidungsträger bei Präsentationen zu überzeugen
- Du hast ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Du hast einen eigenverantwortlichen, zielorientierten Arbeitsstil und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
- Du bringst ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten beim Kunden mit
- Du hast Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
