Deine Aufgaben
- Verwaltung des Lebenszyklus neuer Funktionen von der Entdeckung bis zur Validierung und Implementierung
- Erstellung von Produktkonzepten durch Kombinieren und Aggregieren von Daten und Informationen von Nutzern, Interessengruppen und dem Entwicklungsteam
- Aufteilung von Produktkonzepten in sinnvolle User Stories, Verwaltung und Priorisierung im Backlog
- Definition einer Roadmap, die dem Unternehmen hilft, seine Produktziele in Übereinstimmung mit den wichtigsten Ergebnissen und Zielen des Unternehmens zu erreichen
- Auswertung von Markt- und Kundenerkenntnissen zur Ermittlung neuer potenzieller Produktverbesserungen
- den Qualitätssicherungsprozess zu steuern, um sicherzustellen, dass wir qualitativ hochwertige Produkte liefern
- Kommunikation und Erläuterung der Roadmap sowie spezifischer Produktverbesserungen gegenüber allen internen und externen Interessengruppen
- Erstellung kundenorientierter Produktdokumentation zur Erläuterung der Funktionalität und zur Verringerung von Supportanfragen der Kunden
- Identifizierung von Partnern, die das Produktangebot verbessern können, Verwaltung und Entscheidung über die Integration von Projekten, die sich aus dieser Zusammenarbeit ergeben
- Unterstützung der Business-Projektmanager bei der Einbindung neuer Kunden

Dein Profil
- Mindestens 3 + Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, Erfahrung in der Startup-Branche ist von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der Projekt- und Produktmanagementmethodik (z. B. SCRUM, Design Thinking, Rapid Prototyping, OKRs)
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von API-Produkten mit Entwicklern als Hauptzielgruppe
- gute Erfahrung mit Design- und Mockup-Tools wie Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
- Erfahrung in der Analyse von Datensätzen mit Tools wie R, SQL
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stakeholdern, Industrie Kenntnisse im Bankwesen oder Crowdfunding sind ein Plus
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bist wohnhaft in Deutschland

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
