Was erwartet dich?
- Zu Beginn deiner Tätigkeit wirst du zielgerichtet geschult – sowohl mit Blick auf unsere Produkte als auch hinsichtlich unserer Projektstandards.
- Als Projektleiter übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere IT Projekte und verantwortest die interne und externe Projektkoordination sowie Zeit- und Ressourcenplanung.
- In den Projektplanungsphasen analysierst du die individuellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden, um Pflichtenhefte und User Stories zu erstellen.
- Während der Projektrealisierung sicherst du im engen Austausch mit unseren Kunden und deinem Projektteam eine reibungslose Implementierung unserer Software, immer mit Blick auf die relevanten Budgets und das Berichtswesen.
- Vor dem Hintergrund deiner mehrjährigen Projektleitungserfahrung bist du erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und arbeitest ganzheitlich.
- Gewissenhafte Dokumentation und Berichterstattung, um den Projektfortschritt und den Erfolg transparent zu machen.
- Ein proaktiver Ansatz bei der Identifizierung von Engpässen oder Herausforderungen im Projekt und die Fähigkeit, Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Unterstützung beim Pre Sales und Akquirierung von neuen Projektaufträgen gemeinsam mit dem Business Unit Leiter und dem Vertrieb sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreiches Informatik- oder kaufmännisches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Project Management für Softwareentwicklung und Digitalisierung – idealerweise verbunden mit einer Prince2 oder Scrum Zertifizierung u.ä.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse zu verschiedenen Projektmanagementansätzen, einschließlich Wasserfall und agil
- Analytisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen sowie guten Blick fürs „große Ganze“ – auch bei hoher Projektkomplexität
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Fachexperten
- Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und stark im Beziehungsaufbau
- Strategische Denkweise für die langfristige Erreichung der festgesetzten Projektziele

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
