Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten Lohnbuchhaltungen für Gewerbebetriebe, Freiberufler, Körperschaften und Personengesellschaften
- Sie implementieren und betreuen digitale Lösungen für Mandanten wie die digitale Personalakte und Arbeitnehmer Online der DATEV
- Sie nehmen teil an Prüfungen wie Lohnsteuer-Außenprüfungen, Prüfungen durch Deutsche Rentenversicherung etc. und betreuen diese
- Sie überwachen die Einhaltung von Fristen
- Sie wirken unterstützend bei der Ausbildung, z.B. von Auszubildenden und Werkstudenten mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder/und fachbezogenes Studium oder/und den Fachassistenten für Lohn und Gehalt
- Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung in der Personalarbeit sammeln und verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung
- Sie besitzen Anwendungskenntnisse in DATEV, idealerweise DATEV Lohn und Gehalt oder LODAS
- Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
- Sie sind teamfähig und arbeiten gern selbstständig, sorgfältig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
