Um unsere Zukunftschancen optimal gemeinsam zu nutzen, suchen wir im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung für unsere Unternehmenszentrale in Stuttgart in Vollzeit zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (m/w/d).
Aufgaben:
- Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt in der eigenständigen Erstellung und Durchführung der Gehaltsabrechnung und der Folgeaktivitäten für unsere Mitarbeiter und Tochterunternehmen unter Berücksichtigung steuerrechtlicher und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Grundsätze und aller damit verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben.
- Ein weiterer wesentlicher Schwerpunkt ist die Erfassung und Pflege der Mitarbeiterdaten im Abrechnungssystem sowie der Pflege der Zeitwirtschaftsdaten und der Zutritte im Unternehmen.
- Als interner Dienstleister sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Führungskräfte, Behörden, Sozialversicherungsträger und bei Lohnsteuerprüfungen.
- Sie sind für die Pflege der Personalakten und für die Vertragserstellung zuständig.
- Abgerundet wird Ihr Aufgabenprofil durch die Korrespondenz und Abstimmung mit Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern und anderen Behörden.

Anforderungen:
- Nach Ihrer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung, konnten Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sammeln.
- Idealerweise haben Sie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung absolviert. Im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie versiert und verfügen über praktische Erfahrungen mit einem gängigen Abrechnungs- und Zeitwirtschaftssystem.
- Ihr Arbeitsstil ist durch hohe Gewissenhaftigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit geprägt.
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und der Personalbereich ist Ihre berufliche Heimat.
- Ihr analytischer, genauer, sorgfältiger und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil gepaart mit einer gesunden Hands-on-Mentalität rundet Ihr Profil ab.
