Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik eigenverantwortlich Planungs- und Bauüberwachungsaufgaben in Fernmelde- und informationstechnischen Anlagen (ALG 5) für alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI
- Du wirkst mit an technisch anspruchsvollen Projekten für unsere Kunden aus der Industrie, von Privatinvestoren und der öffentlichen Hand
- Du fungierst als fachlich kompetente und zuverlässige Ansprechperson beim Auftraggeber und als loyaler Unterstützer des Fachbereichsleiters

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen erfolgreichen Abschluss einer Ausbildung als Meister oder Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Bauleitung/ -überwachung bzw. ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der branchenspezifischen Vorschriften und Installationsrichtlinien der o.g. elektrotechnischen Anlagen, Terminplanungssoftware, der AVA-Software und der einschlägigen Berechnungssoftware
- Du besitzt idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in der Starkstromtechnik (ALG 4), Aufzugs- und Fördertechnik (ALG 6) und in der Gebäudeautomation/MSR (ALG 8)
- Du zeigst anwendungssichere Kenntnisse in der HOAI und im Bauvertragsrecht, insbesondere der VOB, VDE/DIN-Richtlinien und im technischen Brandschutz
- Du hast Freude daran, deine geplanten Projekte auch in der Realisierung zu begleiten sowie die fach-, termin- und kostengerechte Errichtung zu überwachen
- Du punktest mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsstärke sowie kunden- und marktorientiertem Handeln
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift, gepaart mit einer selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
