Um das cloudbasierte Software-Produkt in seinen Details zu erarbeiten, wird ein agiles Produkt-Team kreiert. Innerhalb dieses Teams suchen wir Sie als optimale und gewinnbringende Bereicherung.
Außerdem suchen wir für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Online-Kundenportals für unsere am Markt etablierte Standardsoftware XAP. Sie als kompetente Unterstützung.
WAS SIE ERWARTET
- Sie erstellen die Konzeption für unser XAP.-Onlineportal und entwickeln dieses im agilen Team kontinuierlich und eigenverantwortlich weiter.
- Sie konzipieren Visualität, Usability, User Interface und Customer Journey einer innovativen energiewirtschaftlichen Standardsoftware als Cloud-Lösung für die Energiemarktrolle der Lieferanten (Strom und Gas) für den deutschen Markt.
- Sie entwickeln unsere Digitalkompetenzen weiter, sind Impulsgeber für aktuelle Trends und beraten Ihre Kolleg:innen und unsere Kund:innen aktiv.
- Sie arbeiten fachlich führend und eigenverantwortlich mit dem digitalen Design zusammen und/oder kreieren dieses gleich selbst.
- Sie unterstützen den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess bis hin zur Freigabe und der Außendarstellung des neuen Produktes sowie des Onlineportals und der Funktionen bzw. Verbesserungen und Erweiterungen.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Produktmanagement zusammen und verstehen sich als ein Teil davon.

- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der digitalen Konzeption, im besten Fall mit Vertiefung in den Kernthemen: Online-(Kunden-)Portale und/oder Web-basierte Software (Cloud-Produkt)
- Sie brennen für digitale Produkte und innovative Technologien. Wireframing, Informationsarchitektur, Usability Engineering, UX, UI und Interaktionsdesign sind nicht nur Füllworte in Ihrem Lebenslauf, sondern mit Leidenschaft und Erfahrung versehene Inhalte Ihres Berufslebens
- Sie haben ein umfassendes Wissen zu gängigen Webtechnologien und Standards und ein Gespür für digitale Trends
- Ein gutes Gespür für Marken und deren Inszenierung auf digitalen Plattformen zeichnet Sie aus
- Ihr tiefes technisches Verständnis mündet in Konzeptansätzen, die realistisch umsetzbar sind
- Sie haben eine Hands-on-Mentalität, zeichnen sich durch Souveränität und Selbstständigkeit aus und scheuen sich auch nicht, Softwarefunktionen intern und extern zu präsentieren
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und konkret dem Scrum-Entwicklungsprozess

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
