IT Service Manager mit dem Schwerpunkt Major Incidents (m/w/d)
Befristet auf die Dauer von 2 Jahren suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Teams einen Major Incident Manager (m/w/d).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt den stabilen Betrieb der dir zugewiesenen Services durch schnelle Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen des Major Incident-Managementprozesses (Prio 1 & 2 Großstörungen)
- Du forderst im Nachgang von Major Incidents Root Cause Analysen an
- Du verfügst über einen breiten Überblick der technischen Zusammenhänge und kennst sämtliche Schnittstellen der Services, die du in deiner Funktion bearbeitest
- Du wirkst beratend zur Vermeidung von Servicebeeinträchtigungen sowohl bei Changes und Releases, als auch bei der Einführung neuer Services mit
- Du entwickelst und formulierst Anforderungen an das IT Service Monitoring

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, eine berufliche Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Großstörungen
- Du hast Kenntnisse über Methoden, die eine zielführende Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbehebung ermöglichen
- Du hast eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, sowie verbindliches Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du hast ein gutes Organisationsvermögen, sowie ein hohes Maß an analytischen Fähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
