Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist aktiv eingebunden in die Vorbereitung und Durchführung unserer E-Mail-Kampagnen
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest Newsletter-Templates für unsere Online-Shops
- Du managst den fehlerfreien, termingerechten und wirkungsvollen Versand von E-Mail-Kampagnen
- Du erarbeitest anhand von KPIs passende Inhalte für diverse Zielgruppen
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CRM-Team zusammen, um eine durchgehende Customer Experience zu gewährleisten
- Du stimmst dich mit unseren internen und externen Kreativabteilungen ab, um die für die E-MailKampagnen benötigten Assets zu erhalten
- Du sorgst für ein durchgängiges Tracking der E-Mail-Kampagnen und erstellst Reports und Analysen anhand der gängigen Marketing KPIs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing und E-Commerce mit
- Du hast gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und keine Scheu davor dich schnell in neue Tools einzuarbeiten
- Du zeichnest dich durch Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise aus
- Du hast Spaß am Marketing und ein Talent für eine verkäuferische Ausdrucksweise
- Gewissenhaftigkeit und eine Affinität zum Thema Wein runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
