Als Marketing Manager (m/w/d) wirst du im Sales und Marketing-Bereich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Sales, Operations, Product und Business Development Bereichen zusammenarbeiten. Du wirst dich in der Rolle sowohl auf die Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrads als auch auf die Generierung von Leads durch digitales Marketing fokussieren. Wir laden dich ein, gemeinsam mit uns und Weltmarken an hoch-innovativen Projekten zu arbeiten und das Influencer-Marketing von morgen zu prägen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du definierst die Kundenzielgruppe, setzt verschiedenste Marketingkanäle auf und steuerst diese
- Du arbeitest eine Lead-Generation Strategie sowie eine Paid/SEO/SEA Strategie aus
- Du bist für die Steuerung von Freelancern zuständig und übernimmst die Projektsteuerung bezüglich der Überarbeitung der Unternehmenswebsite zur Leadgenerierung
- Du sorgst für eine inhaltliche Pflege und Optimierung unserer Website und unserer Social-Media-Kanäle, indem du Content-Strategien konzipierst und realisierst
- Du verantwortest die Budgetplanung sowie die Erstellung und Pflege eines Blogs
- Du definierst die relevantesten KPIs zur Validierung und Erfolgsmessung eines Kanals
- Du bist für das monatliche Controlling sowie für die Optimierung von KPIs pro Marketing und PR Kanal verantwortlich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du konntest mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing in der Digitalbranche sammeln und hast Erfahrung in der Lead-Generierung durch Online-Marketing-Maßnahmen
- Du zeichnest dich durch analytische Fähigkeiten, einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe sowie einer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist kreativ, hast ein gutes Auge für Ästhetik und ein starkes Interesse an Social-Media
- Du überzeugst durch eine Hands-On Mentalität, bist fokussiert und durchsetzungsstark

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
