Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die Assistenz unserer Außendienstmitarbeiter und übernimmst alle administrativen Aufgaben, wie die Angebotskalkulation, Angebotserstellung sowie -nachverfolgung
- Du arbeitest außerdem eng, mit unseren Lieferanten, sowie den internen Abteilungen, wie Einkauf, Planung, Logistik und Marketing zusammen
- Du übernimmst die Koordination, Bearbeitung, Pflege und Nachverfolgung unserer Kundenanfragen
- Du nimmst Bestellungen an und pflegst diese in unserem Warenwirtschaftsystem
- Du pflegst Kundendaten und überwachst die Leads- und Auftragsliste

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Warenwirschaftssystemen mit
- Du bist in der Lage gute Beziehungen zu den Menschen um dich herum aufzubauen– man braucht einander, um erfolgreich zu sein
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast eine optimistische Ausstrahlung – „Nichts ist unmöglich“-Einstellung
- Du kannst dich ohne Probleme an Abmachungen und Fristen halten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
