Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI mit dem Schwerpunkt Objektplanung im Bereich Sportfreianlagen
- Du zählst die Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung von anspruchsvollen Außensportanlagen zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du erstellst eigenständig Kostenermittlungen und Leistungsbeschreibungen
- Du kümmerst dich um die ordnungsgemäße Objektüberwachung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kannst bereits Baustellenerfahrung auf dem Gebiet des Landschaftsbaus, idealerweise auch im Sportplatzbau vorweisen
- Du bringst gute EDV-Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Office- und AVA-Programmen (Word, Excel, Orca-AVA u.a.) mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in der CAD-gestützten Planung mit AutoCAD bzw. BricsCAD
- Du zeichnest dich durch gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift, sowie ein Organisationsgeschick aus
- Du hast Interesse und Freude an der Entwicklung und Realisierung von Sport- und Freizeitanlagen
- Du hast Lust auf eine Zusammenarbeit in einem Team von erfahrenen Landschaftsarchitekten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
