An unserem Standort in Bergkirchen bei München suchen wir ab sofort vor Ort einen Einkaufsleiter / Head of Purchasing (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit, der unseren Einkauf rockt und auf’s nächste Level bringt! Indem Du die strategische und operative Verantwortung für unseren Einkauf übernimmst, kannst Du das profitable Wachstum unserer Unternehmensgruppe maßgeblich beeinflussen und richtig viel bewegen!

Hierfür brennst Du:
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Einkauf unseres Unternehmens und ihrer zwei Schwestergesellschaften mit achtstelligem Einkaufsvolumen
- Du leitest das gesamte Lieferantenmanagement und optimierst unsere Einkaufs- und Wareneingangsprozesse
- Du rockst neben der Beschaffung aller Materialien, Dienstleistungen & Investitionsgüter auch die Einkaufsvolumen-Planung
- Du triffst Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen für unseren Maschinenpark und leitest das Sourcing für die Erweiterung unserer Produktpalette
- Du bist Führungskraft aus Leidenschaft: die disziplinarische & fachliche Führung des Einkaufsteams liegt bei Dir sowie das Recruiting weiterer Teammitglieder
- Du monitorst mit Deinem Team die wichtigsten KPIs im Einkauf, identifizierst Einsparpotenziale und implementierst Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Du berichtest auf kurzem Weg direkt an die Geschäftsleitung und bist Schnittstelle für alle Bereiche im Unternehmen, v. a. die Produktion, das Produktmanagement und das Marketing

Das bringst Du mit:
- Du hast Dein wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast schon mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf eines produzierenden Unternehmens gesammelt und Deine Leidenschaft für den Bereich entdeckt, E-Commerce-Branchenkenntnisse sind nice-to-have
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis und willst Dich in unsere Werkstoffe reinfuchsen
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits ein Team geführt oder bist hochmotiviert als Führungskraft durchzustarten
- Du hinterfragst Bestehendes kritisch, denkst sehr analytisch und lösungsorientiert und brennst dafür Prozesse zu digitalisieren und zu automatisieren
- Du denkst strategisch, kommunizierst klar und überzeugst Kollegen und Lieferanten durch Deine positive, motivierende und freundliche Art

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
