Was erwartet dich?
- Analyse und Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen. Die Besonderheit: In Workshops, zur Prozessvisualisierung und Dokumentation nutzt du die Horus® Geschäftsprozess-Tools und vorgefertigte Best Practice-Referenzmodelle.
- Gemeinsam mit den Fachexperten des Kunden erarbeitest du nach einem standardisierten Verfahren Anforderungsspezifikationen für die Konfiguration des Zielsystems und Vorgaben für kundenspezifische Zusatzentwicklungen und Integrationen. Zudem definierst du geeignete Testfälle.
- Design, Konfiguration, Personalisierung und Test der Geschäftsprozesse im Unternehmenssoftwaresystem:Oracle E-Business Suite
Oracle Cloud Applications
Oracle NetSuite ERP
heterogene Systeme - Konzeption der Datenmigration sowie Unterstützung im Transformationsprozess, in der Datenbereinigung (Data Cleansing) und der Migrationsdurchführung.
- Unterstützung des organisatorischen Change Managements. Zudem Planung und Durchführung von Trainings- und Coaching-Maßnahmen.
- Nach Bedarf Unterstützung des Kunden in der Betriebsphase, Lösung von Anwendungsproblemen und Beseitigung von Systemfehlern sowie laufende Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Systems.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationswirtschaft, BWL mit IT-Affinität, Informatik mit BWL-Affinität oder Quereinsteiger mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Praxiserfahrung
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche:Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

SCM/Logistik und Produktion
Customer Experience (Vertrieb, Marketing, Service)
Personalmanagement (HCM) - Kenntnisse und idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Tool-gestützten Analyse und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
