Als Mitglied unseres People & Culture Teams arbeitest du von einen unserer Office Locations in Berlin, Dresden oder Essen, hybrid oder remote und bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Finance und People-Themen. Was erwartet dich?

  • Du bearbeitest die vollständige Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Du übernimmst die Provisionsabrechnung, Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Du schreibst Verträge und übernimmst Anpassungen und verfasst und stellst Zeugnisse aus
  • Du bist für unsere Kolleg:innen da und unterstützt sie bei allen Fragen rund um Elternzeit, Sabbatical oder allgemeine Anliegen
  • Du übernimmst unser Stakeholder Management – Anwälte, Krankenkassen, Steuerbüro, Rentenversicherungen, whatever: You can manage them all!
  • Du hältst Ownership für unser HR-Tool Personio, verwaltest unsere Personalstammdaten und digitale Personaldokumente und leistest Berichterstattung
  • Du betreust und gestaltest zudem unsere On- und Offboarding-Prozesse
  • Du behältst den Überblick über Benefits für unsere Mitarbeitenden und managest alle zugehörigen Vorgänge

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Personaladministration, Personalsachbearbeitung oder im Personalwesen
  • Du kennst dich mit dem deutschen Arbeitsrecht gut aus oder hast Muße hier richtig aufzublühen
  • Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Excel und den anderen Office Programmen aus
  • Du bist detailverliebt und arbeitest zu 100% gewissenhaft
  • Du kennst dich in der digitalen Welt des HR aus – Elektronische Personalakte, Personio, Docusign - analog war war gestern
  • Du bist eine echte People-Person und Teamspirit und Teamgeist sind dir auf den Leib geschrieben

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
