- Du hast als Leader und Coach immer ein offenes Ohr für deine 3 standortübergreifenden Data- und Analytic Engineers, hast ein Auge auf ihre Kapazitäten und ihre individuelle Entwicklung und schaffst zudem ein motivierendes Arbeitsklima
- Du arbeitest proaktiv an der Vision und Strategie der Abteilung und verlierst dabei nicht den Fokus
- Du leitest Data Science Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kund:innen und internen Stakeholdern - und das alles im Online Marketing Kontext
- Du trägst Ownership für die Entwicklung und Kontrolle unseres Data Warehouse, unserer Datenmodelle, Metriken und Analysetools
- Du beantwortest adhoc Anfragen von Kund:innen und internen Stakeholdern und führst Analysen im Data Warehouse mit SQL durch
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team unsere BI-Technologiestacks (Datenmodellierung mit Looker, ETL/ELT-Prozesse mit Airflow, Python und Snowflake) weiter, um unser Self Service BI auf das nächste Level zu bringen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science Mathematik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du konntest mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer analytischen Funktion sammeln, z.B. Data Science, Business Intelligence oder Data Engineering
- Du bringst bestenfalls erste Führungserfahrung mit oder bist höchst motiviert und in der Lage, ein kleines, gut eingespieltes Team zu leiten und zu entwickeln (Einfühlungsvermögen ist wichtig!)
- Du besitzt ein tiefes Verständnis für statistische Analysen im Bereich Data Science und Datenanalyse
- Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung mit BI/Visualisierungstools (z.B. Looker, Tableau, PowerPI)
- Du hast ausgeprägte praktische SQL-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Programmierung (z.B. Python oder R)
- Du bist vertraut mit Cloud-Data-Warehousing (z. B. BigQuery, Snowflake) und ETL/ELT-Lösungen und Datenpipeline-Architektur (z. B. Airflow)
- Du beherrschst sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
- Du bringst eine Bereitschaft mit, bei Bedarf zu unseren Teamstandorten in Dresden und Berlin zu reisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
