Was erwartet dich?
- Verantwortliche Leitung des Therapie- und Trainingzentrum in Tutzing am Starnberger See
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung sowie konzeptionelle und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung der Therapiekonzepte
- Personalentwicklung mit Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter, Beurteilung, Mitarbeitergespräche, Teamsitzungen, usw.
- Personaleinsatzplanung
- Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Prozessstandards und Qualitätssicherung
- Controlling und Überwachung des Sachbedarfs und der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung
- Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im intern und extern

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium als Physiotherapeut, Sportwissenschaftler, Osteopath oder vergleichbares mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
