Was erwartet dich?
- Marketingplanung: Du begleitest die Umsatzziele im stationären Handel und auf unseren D2C-Kanälen durch eine Gesamtplanung an Marketingaktivitäten, überblickst deren Aussteuerung und Ergebnisse
- Growth Marketing: Du initiierst stetig neue Wachstumsinitiativen und Kampagnen zur Kundengewinnung, Reichweitensteigerung und Ausbau der Markenbekanntheit
- Customer Centricity: Du vereinst Geschäftsziele mit den Bedürfnissen der Kunden und stellst sicher, dass alle Aktivitäten maximal kundenztriert ausgerichtet sind
- Ausbau der Marketingorganisation: Du entwickelst das Marketingteam zu einem leistungsstarken und hochmotiviertem Team, etablierst neue Kompetenzen im Bereich Content Campaigning und implementirest datengetriebene Entscheidungsprozesse
- Internationalisierung enablen: Du entwickelst ein Set-Up für internationales Marketing um unseren Roll-Out in weiteren Ländern marketingseitig zu begleiten

- Scale-Up Erfahrung: Du hast ein Unternehmen durch eine intensive Wachstumsphase begleitet und kennst die operativen Herausforderung die damit einhergehen. Du weißt, wie eine effiziente und leistungsstarke Marketingabteilung aussieht und siehst es als deine Kernaufgabe, diese aufzubauen.
- Performance vs. Brand: Du bist eng vertraut mit dem Spannungsfeld, das aus klassischer Retail-Konsumgüter-Markenführung und performancelastigen D2C-Anforderungen einher geht und kannst dieses in einen konsistenten Marketingmix überführen, der beide Absatzkanäle adäquat abdeckt.
- Omnichannel Mindset: Neben hoher digitaler Expertise verstehst du auch den Mehrwert klassischer Offline-Sales orientierter Marketingaktivitäten.
- Internationalisierung: Du hast bereits eine Brand und Marketingteams international ausgerollt und bist in der Lage zu bestimmen, wie dieser Prozess strukturell begleitet wird.
- Data-Driven: Du glaubst an datengetriebenes Marketing und baust ein entsprechendes Setup für Customer Research und Marketing Intelligence/Controlling auf.
- Agile Practices: Erfahrung mit agilen Managementmethoden und agilen Marketingpraktiken sind ein Plus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
