Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Technische Betreuung unserer Produkte
- Bearbeitung von 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supportanfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und das Ticketsystem
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement sowie unserer Entwicklungsabteilung
- Unterstützung von Vertriebsmitarbeitern vor Ort
- Problemidentifikation, Fehleranalyse und Lösungssuche
- Aufbau und Begleitung kundenspezifischer Applikationen und Messaufgaben
- Planung und Durchführung von Trainings und Schulungen

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektro-/ Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen elektronische Messtechnik, Fahrzeug-Bussysteme und/oder Kfz-Elektronik ist von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen schnell zu verstehen, um Problemlösungen herbeizuführen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an kollegialer Zusammenarbeit
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Flexibilität, Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
