Junior Consultant für die Energiewirtschaft (w/m/d)
Was erwartet Dich?
- Ein Training on-the-job in aktuellen Projekten bei unseren Kunden vor Ort sowie bei unseren BeratungskollegInnen an Standorten der hsag, um ein umfassendes Bild über die kaufmännischen Prozesse der Energiewirtschaft zu erhalten
- Erste Beratungsprojekte mit Unterstützung durch erfahrene BeraterInnen
- Durchführung eigener Projekte als Junior Consultant für unsere Kunden, nach entsprechender Entwicklung der Branchen-, Prozess- und Methoden-Kompetenz
- Mitarbeit in unserem Produktmanagement bei der Entwicklung strategischer Ausrichtungen und Produkten für die Energiewirtschaft
- Vorbereitung von Workshops zu unseren Beratungsprodukten

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebs- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld
- Du besitzt eine hohe IT-Affinität und hast keine Scheu vor neuen Systemen und Prozessen
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Leistungsbereitschaft, Motivation und eine Teamplayer-Mentalität aus
- Du hast großes Interesse am Einblick in verschiedene Unternehmen und deren Prozessgestaltungen und bist deshalb auch grundsätzlich innerhalb Deutschlands reisebereit (Nicht dauerhaft)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) sowie fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
- Vorhandene Kenntnisse von Wilken ENER:GY sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
