Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen für den deutschen Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilienmarkt
- Sie analysieren und bewerten Teilmärkte, Standorte und die Immobilienqualität
- Sie kümmern sich um die Beschaffung, Analyse und Bewertung potenzieller Immobilieninvestitionen
- Sie führen eigenständig die Due Diligence durch
- Sie erstellen Cashflow-, Szenarien- und Risikomodellen (Excel)
- Sie bereiten interne und externe Präsentationen vor
- Sie wirken bei Investitionsentscheidungen mit
- Sie kommunizieren mit den Beratern und anderen externen Dienstleistern
- Sie übernehmen proaktiv und eigenständig die Eigentümerfunktion sowie die vollumfängliche Verantwortung für das analytische, strategische und operative Asset Management
- Sie arbeiten mit dem Property-Management zusammen und übernehmen die direkte Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Freude am deutschen Immobilienmarkt
- Sie haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches und/oder bautechnisches Studium abgeschlossen (Real Estate Management, Immobilienökonomie, Immobilienwirtschaft, Immobilienmanagement, BWL) vorzugsweise ergänzt um eine immobilienspezifische Zusatzausbildung
- Sie bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie belegbare Erfolge im Asset Management von Wohnimmobilien und Immobilientransaktionen mit
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Immobilienmarktes mit
- Sie haben ein analytisches Verständnis, hohe Zahlenaffinität, Aufmerksamkeit für Details sowie Risikosensibilität
- Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit Wertsteigerungspotenziale zu erkennen, zu planen und umzusetzen
- Sie haben sehr gute Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, verbunden mit professionellem und verbindlichem Auftreten
- Sie sind bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbständig zu arbeiten
- Sie haben eine leistungsorientierte, flexible und unternehmerische Denkweise
- Sie sind teamfähig, zuverlässig, flexibel und bringen eine Leidenschaft für Immobilien mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
