In rund 6 deutschlandweiten Standorten beschäftigen wir ca. 70 Spezialisten aus den Bereichen Energie, Breitband, Wasser (Lecksuche) und kommunale Liegenschaften mit Kataster-Vermessung. DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit technischem Hintergrund
- Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber auch engagierte Berufseinsteiger erhalten eine Chance
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen CAD-Lösungen und Geoinformationssystemen
- Du nimmst gerne neue Herausforderungen an und arbeitest zielorientiert, strukturiert sowie verantwortungsvoll und zuverlässig
- Selbstständigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke prägen Dein Auftreten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (wünschenswert C1 und besser) und einen Führerschein der Klasse B (Klasse 3)

DEINE AUFGABEN BEI HÖPFINGER GmbH & Co. KG
Nach umfangreicher Einarbeitung und hausinternen Schulungen übernimmst du folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Du erstellst und koordinierst unter technischen wie kaufmännischen Aspekten die gesamte Genehmigungsplanung (Trassierung) von Energienetzen im Innen– und Außendienst
- Grenzfeststellung mit Einholung von Verträgen und damit rechtliche Sicherung der Leitungen und Versorgungsanlagen
- Entwicklung der Trassenführungen für Erdkabel- und Freileitungsprojekte
- Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, budget- und termingerechten Umsetzung
- Koordination und Einweisung von externen Dienstleistern
- Gemeinsame Zielfindung, Verhandlung und Einholung von Verträgen/Gestattungen bei Auftraggebern, Behörden und Grundstückseigentümern
- Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen und öffentlichen Veranstaltungen
- Für Planungs- und Genehmigungsprozesse erstellst Du mithilfe von CAD-Systemen Lage- und Bestandspläne

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
