Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten sowohl die Administration als auch die Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs der Server-Infrastruktur für mehr als 13.000 Anwender:innen und 1.000 Server in eigenen Rechenzentren
- Sie unterstützen bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Betriebsprozesse anhand vorhandener Geschäftsprozesse
- Sie setzen Anforderungen um und führen Wartungen in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Applikationsverantwortlichen in der Vernetzung der Standorte durch
- Sie werden Teil von Projektteams und unterstützen bei der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme und Technologien
- Sie führen in Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anwender:innen und IT-Teams Troubleshootings durch und lösen auftretende Fehler
- Sie verantworten die Dokumentation der Systemlandschaft sowie die Erstellung von Handbüchern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) in der Fachrichtung Systemintegration oder verfügen über eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Sie konnten bereits einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Administration von Microsoft- und Linux-Betriebssystemen (Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2/2016; Ubuntu, Debian) sammeln
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Virtualisierung, Active Directory, PowerShell oder Softwareverteilung
- Sie punkten mit Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und flexible Arbeitsweise bei positiver Grundeinstellung mit hoher Lernbereitschaft aus

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
