Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest selbständig Kreditengagements in englischer Sprache inklusive Bilanzanalyse und Ratingerstellung für Neu- und Bestandskunden im D-A-CH Umfeld unter Beachtung interner und externer Vorschriften
- Du entscheidest über Kredit- und Leasinganträge im Rahmen der eigenen Kreditkompetenz, sowie Vorbereitung und Votierung für übergeordnete Kompetenzstufen
- Du organisierst die persönliche Wiedervorlage sowie die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe und hast Reporting-Aufgaben sowie administrative Tätigkeiten, z.B. Basel-Compliance
- Du bist kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Geschäftspartner:innen / Kund:innen sowie nationale und internationale Kolleg:innen
- Du führst interne Trainings durch und unterstützt die Teamleitung bei anfallenden nationalen und internationalen Projektarbeiten
- Du erkennst und leitest Optimierungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen der Tätigkeiten und Prozesse weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, bspw. Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, und hast Erfahrung im Kreditbereich, idealerweise bei einem Finanzdienstleister oder einer Bank
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Ausübung einer eigenen Kreditkompetenz sowie gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, insbesondere sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
- Du punktest mit sehr guten Deutsch- & Englischkenntnissen, insbesondere in Schriftform
- Du zeichnest dich durch sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge aus sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du bist teamfähig, hast ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Motivation und Engagement, bist service- und ergebnisorientiert und hast eine „Can do“ Mentalität
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, bist zuverlässig und genau und hast unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
