Sie betreuen als Anwendungstechniker (m/w/d) unsere Kunden aus dem Bereich Maschinen- und Anlagenbau und unterstützen sie darin unsere Software effizient zu nutzen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen unsere Kunden aus dem Bereich Maschinen- und Anlagenbau bei der Nutzung unserer 3D-Software
- Sie stellen sicher, dass unsere Kunden ihre eigenen Produkte, egal wie klein oder groß, effizient und korrekt in 3D darstellen können
- Sie sind dabei erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle Fragen und Anregungen, die während des Prozesses aufkommen können
- Entsprechend stehen Sie täglich mit Kunden in direktem Kontakt, über E-Mail, Telefon oder wenn nötig, per Fernwartung
- Sie erkennen die Entwicklungspotentiale unserer Kunden im Gespräch oder durch Auswertung der Nutzerdaten
- Sie zeigen den Kunden, wie sie unsere Produkte effizienter für sich nutzen und damit auch ihren Workflow weiter optimieren können
- Sie geben Produktschulungen unserer Software in unserem Schulungscenter, beim Kunden vor Ort oder online
- Sie gewährleisten damit, dass die Kunden selbstständig die Software für sich nutzen können
- Sie unterstützen unseren Vertrieb mit Produktpräsentationen, um die Qualität und den Mehrwert unserer Produkte zu unterstreichen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung in einem Bereich des Maschinen- oder Anlagenbaus abgeschlossen
- Sie konnten für ca. zwei bis drei Jahre erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Anwendung einer 3D Software sammeln
- Bevorzugt kennen Sie das System Autodesk Inventor und haben damit schon konstruiert
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und Kommunikation zählt zu Ihren Stärken
- Sie wohnen wünschenswerterweise rund um Markdorf, können nach Absprache aber auch ca. 20% von zu Hause aus arbeiten
- Ihnen macht es nichts aus ein bis zwei Mal pro Monat Kundenbesuche vorzunehmen
- Im Ausnahmefall (ca. 1-2 Mal pro Jahr) ist es für Sie auch okay für bis zu 5 Tage auf Geschäftsreise zu gehen
- Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C2) für unseren Kundenkontakt und grundlegendes Englisch (A2) für etwaige Weiterbildungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
