Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben und Verantwortung im Vertrieb sowie in der Abwicklung deiner eigenen Straßenbauprojekte
- Du kümmerst dich um die reibungslose Abwicklung von Straßenbauprojekten in jeglicher Form und Größe
- Du eroberst und gewinnst in deinem Vertriebsgebiet neue Kunden
- Du kontaktierst proaktiv Unternehmen, baust Beziehungen auf und überzeugst deine Kunden von unserem Unternehmen
- Du machst die richtigen Ansprechpartner im Unternehmen aus, verstehst deren Problemstellungen und zeigst anhand unserer Technologie kundenspezifische Lösungswege auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du konntest bereits ein paar Jahre Erfahrung im Straßenbau sammeln
- Du kennst dich mit Boden, Zuordnungswerten und bauphysikalischen Eigenschaften aus
- Du hast Feuer, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Lust was zu bewegen
- Du bringst Offenheit, Flexibilität und Teamgeist mit
- Du bist selbstbewusst, kommunikativ und schlagfertig bei Telefon- und Kundengesprächen
- Du besitzt eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Du zeigst eine gewisse Affinität zu Tech-Themen und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
