- Betreuung der Anwender, (IT Infrastruktur, Arbeitsprozesse, Hardware, Trouble -Shooting, Ticketsystem, Unterstützung Fachabteilungen, u.a.)
- gesamten Telekommunikation (IPTelefonie, Software, Mobile Devic
- Betreuung der IT Infrastruktur (Server-Client-Netzwerk, Active Directory Pflege, Softwaredeployment)
- Übernahme von Teilprojekten/-leitungen wie z.B. Erneuerung der Virtualisierungsumgebung, Datenarchivierung
- Analyse, Klassifizierungen und Behebung von Systemstörungen (Level 1st, 2nd)
- Dispatcher im Servicedesk (Steuerung, Koordination der Abwicklung von Servicetickets, Überwachung SLAss)
- Erstellung und Weiterführung der technischen Dokumentation
- Bestellauslösungen, Warenannahme und Rechnungsvorbereitung
