- Erstellung von Potentialanalysen & Gewinnung von Neukunden und Projekten
- Betreuung und kontinuierlicher Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Erstellung von individuellen Vertriebskonzepten
- Planung (Kundenplanung, Umsatz- und Ertragsplanung, strategische Kundenentwicklungsplanung)
- Übertragung von Aufträgen in die interne Organisation
- Angebotsnachverfolgung & Kundendatenpflege
- Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Teams wie Vertriebsinnendienst, Produktion, Einkauf, Finanzen, Marketing etc.
- Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen
- Beobachten und Bewerten der Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung – idealerweise mit Erfahrungen in der Papier-, Druck- oder Werbeindustrie
- Verständnis im Umgang mit Kunden, Verhandlungsgeschick, Reisebereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte Rhetorik & Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift mit
- Ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz, Teamgeist, Konfliktlösungs- & Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office | Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
