Deine Aufgaben
- Kundenanalyse: Generierung eines tiefen Kundenverständnisses (Bedarf, Wünsche, Verbesserungen etc.) durch die Erstellung von Umfragen, Interviewführung sowie Auswertung von Kundendaten
- Produktentwicklung: Ganzheitliche Unterstützung im Produktentwicklungszyklus, insbesondere durch Involvierung der gewonnenen Kundenbedarfsdaten sowie der Analyse von Produktchancen
- Produktportfolio: Analyse und Management unseres (Bestands-)Produktportfolios sowie Ableitung von Qualitätsverbesserungen
- Partnermanagement: Sourcing von und Kommunikation mit Herstellern und Partnern zum Ausbau des Produktportfolios
- Vielseitigkeit: Direkte und indirekte Mitarbeit rund um das Produkt, d.h. inhaltliche Entwicklung von Begleitmaterialien, Produktbeschreibungen & -vorteilen, Infomaterialien, Anleitungen, Zertifikaten, Produktdaten oder Ähnliches
- Teamkollaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen kundengerichteten Teams zur Produktentwicklung & -optimierung, sowie beispielsweise Produktschulungen

- Du bringst 1+ Jahre in einem relevanten Feld des Produktmanagements mit; Branchen- & Start-Up Erfahrung ist ein Plus
- Du überzeugst mit einer kundenzentrierten Arbeitsweise, sehr guten Analysefähigkeiten, einem Auge für Ästhetik sowie Präsentationskompetenz
- Du bist stark im Projektmanagement und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Methodiken gemacht
- Du beschreibst Dich selbst als kommunikationsstark, proaktiv, lernbegierig und nach dem bestmöglichen strebend
- Du bringst Interesse an gesundheitsbezogenen Themen sowie an Home & Living mit und kannst durch Passion für Dein Tun Bestleistungen aufrufen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
