Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unseres eigenen WordPress Produktes Scaffold und baust Templates / Themes / Komponenten und Module.
Was erwartet Dich als Teil unseres Teams?
- Du arbeitest mit bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von WordPress-Websites in PHP, JavaScript, HTML und CSS
- Du betreust bestehende WordPress-Kundenprojekte und bringst eigene Ideen ein
- ein Team aus UX/UI-Designer:innen, Webentwickler:innen und aus den Units SEO und SEA stehen dir zur Seite
- Du tauschst Dich mit Deinen Kolleg:innen zu technischen Themen aus (neuste Frameworks, Scripte, etc.) aus und entwickelst mit ihnen Ideen zur Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung
- Du optimierst WordPress Projekte mit Blick auf Performance, technischen SEO-Faktoren und implementierst Tracking-Technologien (mit den Kollegen aus den SEA und SEO Units)

Was solltest Du mitbringen um Dein Team bestmöglich zu unterstützen?
- Als WordPress Entwickler hast praktische Programmierkenntnisse im und bringst min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
- Du kommst aus der Mediengestaltung, Webdesign, oder bist Fachinformatiker:in oder talentierter Autodidakt - aber Du weißt genau, was im Web wie funktioniert
- Du kennst dich mit ACF, PlugIns, Pagebuildern, RestAPI & Co. gut aus
- Du begeisterst dich für aktuelle Tech-Trends
- Du kannst analytisch denken und arbeitest selbständig und strukturiert
- Du bist vertraut mit dem Aufsetzen einer Entwicklungsumgebung, sowie der Installation & Migration von WordPress Projekten
- Du hast Freude am Erarbeiten von funktionellen Lösungen im Team
- Du kennst die Arbeit mit Gitlab – kannst aber auch bei uns erlernen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
